3. What Software do You Use?
When it comes to running Engineering programs, We are very proficient in both SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
4. Can I purchase replacement parts?
Yes, if your stand is not holding up or missing parts or if parts have become damaged, please call us and let us know how we can help.
5. What are the advantages of buying Detron display custom point of purchase displays “factory direct”?
A lot of custom display manufacturers act as a “middle man” and do not manufacture the products they sell. This increases your cost and puts a distance between the designers and the builders. At Detron display we design, print and build in house. 6. Can you supply design and production drawing?
Yes, we have design team, can do 3D design, CAD/Solidwork production drawings.
7. Can do any customized stands?
Yes, we can do any customized stands, including acrylic/plastic/wooden/metal/multiple material and vacuum form design.
8. Can customized made in our logo onto the stands?
Sure, the logo can be made in printing logo graphic/silkscreen printing/3D glue/etching.
9. How long can get the quotation?

10. Do you have promotion?
Yes, we will sell our storage half a year normally.And do the promotion via Alibaba, usually do in March & September.
11. How do you guarantee the goods?
We have 4 QC to do inspection before packing or welcome for your inspection before shipping.
12. The sample cost can be refund.
It was depending on the product value, normally, it can be refund after placed 100pcs bluk order.
13. How is the packages?
Stands and packages can be customized, there are carton/plywood create/plastic pallet can be choose.
14. If I want to do customized stands, what elements will be affect the price?
The price was depending on the design/dimension/material/quantity.
15. After shipped the goods, anybody will track the shipment?
If ship by express, there is tracking number, we will check and share to you to check as well.
If ship by air, there is airway bill number, we will check and share to you to check as well.
If ship by boat, there is HBL number, we will check and share to you to check as well.
16. After placed order, how can I know the order status?
Once received your order, we will issue production drawing for your approval first, and then do the pre-production sample, will show you images and video for your approval again, and then go ahead with mass production, will show you cutting process/assemble process/surface finishing process and packing process.
17. After received samples or mass production, how can I assembled?
We will do assembled instruction each project, if still not clear, we can do video to show you how to assemble.
18. How do you inspect the goods before shipping?
Firstly, we will do inspection internal, if you want, welcome to do inspection by yourself, and welcome for the 3rd party to do inspection.
19. What’s specialty for PMMA?
1.It will be out of shape if over 90 degrees.
2.Acrylic plate surface hardness is equivalent to aluminum, must be careful when using incase scratched yourself.
3.Easy to generate static electricity, dust adsorption.
